Cookies

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can be used for many purposes, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences, or tracking your activity across sites for advertising purposes.

2. Our approach

formore uses cookies sparingly. We only use a single cookie, and it is strictly necessary for the Service to function — it is not used for advertising, audience measurement, or tracking you across other websites. Because this cookie falls under the "strictly necessary" exemption of applicable ePrivacy rules, we do not display a cookie consent banner. We still explain it here for full transparency.

3. Cookies we use

Name Purpose Type Duration
PHPSESSID Keeps you signed in and secures your session as you navigate the Service. Strictly necessary, first-party Deleted when you close your browser, or when you log out

4. What we don't use

formore does not use:

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies;
  • Third-party analytics or audience-measurement cookies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel);
  • Social media tracking cookies;
  • Any cookie that follows you across other websites.

Usage data used for content recommendations is analysed with our own in-house tools, as described in our Privacy Policy, and does not rely on tracking cookies.

5. Local storage

In addition to the cookie above, we use your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark display preference on the Service. This is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to our servers, and is not a cookie in the technical sense — but we mention it here for completeness.

6. Managing cookies

Because our only cookie is required to keep you signed in, blocking or deleting it will simply log you out. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions, as the exact steps vary between browsers.

7. Changes to this page

If our use of cookies changes in the future — for example, if we introduce optional analytics — we will update this page and, where required by law, ask for your consent before setting any new non-essential cookie.
