2. Who we are
formore is a platform operated by aktascorp LLC, a company registered in Belgium, with its registered office at [legal address to be completed] and enterprise number [BCE number to be completed]. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and aktascorp LLC governing your access to and use of the Service.
3. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
4. Description of the Service
formore is a platform on which independent Creators publish original, user-generated Content for Viewers to discover and enjoy. Content on formore falls into two categories:
- Films and series filmed, edited, and produced by Creators from within video games ("in-game productions");
- Games made directly available on the platform by their creators.
All Content on formore is user-generated. formore does not licence, purchase, or otherwise acquire rights to pre-existing studio catalogues, and does not act as a traditional film or television distributor.
5. Free access and monetisation
Access to formore is free of charge for Viewers. No subscription fee or payment method is required to create a Viewer account.
The Service is funded through advertising. Creators receive a share of the advertising revenue generated by their Content, calculated and paid out in accordance with the revenue-sharing terms communicated to them once their Creator status is activated, and processed through Stripe as described in Section 17.
6. Eligibility, age and content classification
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and access formore. If you are a minor under the law applicable to you, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service, and that such parent or guardian accepts these Terms on your behalf where required by law.
Because Content on formore can include material that is violent, disturbing, or otherwise unsuitable for younger audiences, each piece of Content is assigned an age classification at the moderation stage described in Section 10. It is your responsibility, and where applicable that of your parent or guardian, to respect these classifications when choosing what to watch or play.
formore reserves the right to restrict access to certain Content based on the age declared at registration.
7. Registration and accounts
You can create a formore account directly on the platform with an email address and password, or by signing in through Discord or Steam. formore does not integrate any other third-party sign-in service.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, your username, your date of birth, and your location. You agree to keep this information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@formore.tv if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
8. Creator status
Every formore account starts as a Viewer account. Creator status is automatically activated the moment you upload your first piece of Content — no separate application, review, or approval is required to become a Creator.
Once activated, Creator status applies to your account for as long as it remains active, alongside your ability to continue viewing Content as any other Viewer.
9. Content ownership and licence granted to formore
You retain full ownership of the Content you upload to formore. Uploading Content does not transfer ownership of your work to us.
By uploading Content, you grant formore a broad, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
- Host, store, and technically process your Content for streaming purposes;
- Publicly display, stream, and distribute your Content on the Service;
- Reproduce and use your Content, in whole or as excerpts, for the promotion and advertising of formore, on formore's own channels as well as on third-party channels such as social media.
This licence survives the deletion of your Content or account solely with respect to excerpts already incorporated into promotional or advertising material prior to such deletion, as further described in Section 16.
10. Content review and moderation
formore applies a two-step moderation approach:
- Pre-publication review — every piece of Content is reviewed before it is officially published on the platform, including an assessment of its appropriate age classification.
- Post-publication monitoring — once live, Content remains subject to review at any time, including in response to reports submitted through the in-app reporting form described in Section 14, or notices submitted by Rights Holders as described in Section 13.
formore reserves the right, at its own discretion, to remove any Content that it determines to be discriminatory, hateful, illegal, or reasonably likely to harm the reputation of a third party, including the publisher or developer of a game featured in that Content.
11. Community standards and prohibited conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on formore and will result in the removal of the relevant Content, and may lead to the suspension or termination of the responsible account:
- Publishing illegal, discriminatory, hateful, or gratuitously shocking Content;
- Toxic, harassing, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards other users, whether through Content, comments, or direct messages;
- Repeated infringement of the intellectual property rights of a Rights Holder, as assessed under Section 13.
12. Third-party intellectual property risk
A large share of the Content on formore consists of in-game productions filmed inside video games that are not owned, developed, or licensed by formore or aktascorp LLC. As a Creator, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You are solely and legally responsible for ensuring that your use of a given game to produce Content complies with that game's own end-user licence agreement and any applicable content policy set by its publisher;
- formore makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that filming, editing, or monetising Content derived from any specific game is lawful under that game's terms;
- You publish such Content entirely at your own risk.
formore reserves the right to remove Content and cooperate with a Rights Holder as described in Section 13, without this constituting any admission of liability on the part of formore.
13. Notice and takedown procedure for rights holders
If you are a Rights Holder, or the authorised representative of a Rights Holder, and you believe that Content on formore infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal takedown notice to legal@formore.tv. To be processed, your notice must include:
- Identification of the work or right you claim is being infringed;
- A direct link or clear identification of the Content on formore concerned;
- Your contact details and, where applicable, evidence of your authority to act on behalf of the Rights Holder;
- A statement that the use complained of is not authorised, and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, formore commits to reviewing it and taking appropriate action — which may include removing or disabling access to the Content — within 48 hours.
The Creator whose Content is removed under this procedure will be notified and may submit an explanation or objection to legal@formore.tv, which formore will consider in good faith when deciding whether to reinstate the Content.
formore does not apply an automatic strike system or a fixed number of notices leading to suspension. Each situation, including repeated notices concerning the same Creator, is assessed individually and on its own merits, and may, depending on its severity and frequency, lead to the suspension or termination of the Creator's account under Section 15.
14. User reporting
Independently of the formal procedure described in Section 13, any user can report Content they believe is inappropriate, illegal, or in breach of these Terms through the reporting form integrated into the platform. Reports are reviewed by formore, which may take any action it deems appropriate, including Content removal or account suspension.
15. Suspension and termination
formore may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, where we determine that you have engaged in prohibited conduct under Section 11, infringed third-party rights under Sections 12 or 13, or otherwise materially breached these Terms.
Where circumstances allow, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the reason for a suspension or termination.
16. Account deletion and data retention
You may delete your formore account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:
- Your Content is removed from the public catalogue and is no longer accessible to Viewers;
- Any excerpt of your Content already incorporated into promotional or advertising material prior to your deletion request, under the licence described in Section 9, may be retained and continue to be used by formore for that limited purpose;
- Certain data may be retained where required by law, for example accounting records related to creator payouts.
Further detail on data retention is provided in our Privacy Policy.
17. Creator earnings and payouts
Advertising revenue owed to Creators is calculated by formore and paid out through Stripe. To receive payouts, Creators must complete the onboarding process required by Stripe, including any identity verification Stripe may require. formore is not responsible for delays or issues arising from Stripe's own processes.
18. Intellectual property of formore
The formore name, logo, and associated visual identity are trademarks currently pending registration in Belgium. All other content on the Service that is not user-generated — including the platform's design, interface, and underlying software — is the property of aktascorp LLC. You may not use any of these elements without our prior written consent.
19. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". As a platform hosting user-generated Content, formore does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, or continued availability of any Content published by Creators.
To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, formore disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from disputes between users, Creators, Viewers, and third parties, including Rights Holders, in relation to Content published on the Service.
20. Indemnification
If you are a Creator, you agree to indemnify and hold formore and aktascorp LLC harmless from any claim, damage, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from a third-party claim related to Content you have published, including claims from a Rights Holder relating to the game(s) featured in that Content.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or to applicable law. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
23. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and formore regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.
