1. Licence over your content

When you upload Content to formore as a Creator, you keep full ownership of it. You grant formore a broad, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, and publicly display your Content on the Service, and to use it — in whole or as excerpts — to promote formore, on our own channels and third-party channels such as social media.

This is a short summary. The full, binding terms of this licence — including what happens when you delete your Content or your account — are set out in Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.

2. Third-party games featured in content

Much of the Content on formore is filmed inside video games that are not owned, developed, or licensed by formore or aktascorp LLC. Any trademark, character, or asset from a third-party game that appears in Content remains the property of its respective rights holder. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their use of a game complies with that game's own licence terms — see Section 12 of our Terms & Conditions for details, and our notice and takedown procedure if you are a rights holder with a concern about specific Content.

3. formore trademark

The formore name, logo, and associated visual identity are trademarks currently pending registration in Belgium, owned by aktascorp LLC. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by our Terms & Conditions.

The formore visual identity uses the Gotham typeface under licence. Gotham is a commercial typeface and is not redistributed as part of formore's own open-source components.
